  • Customer calling from Ohio
  • Customer: I was told to email something to your company, but the email address I was given isn't working.
  • Me: Oh okay. And what is the email that you are trying to use?
  • Customer: salesinonline.com
  • Me: Oh...well it should be sales@online.com...you know, the "at" symbol?
  • Customer: I'll try that, thank you.

Stupid Customer

Customer calling from Colorado.

Customer: I was wondering how soon I could get this product.

Me: Unfortunately, that brand of products are special order for us, which means that it would take at least two weeks for it to ship out of here.

Customer: Oh okay.  But you have this product in stock, right?

Me: …No, we need to order the product in, and it can take about two weeks before it ships to you.

Customer: Oh, I can’t get it any sooner than that?
